Covenant Engineering Services, Inc. offers Client support ranging from assistance in developing project control systems to total project management for engineering, procurement, and construction projects, for both national and international locations. Covenant Engineering Services has the capabilities to support the Client requirements to all levels of project control details, including estimating, scheduling, and cost reporting.

Computer modeled project schedules can be prepared from an iterative planning process based on the available information of project variables and firmness of the project scope of work. An integrated multi-level hierarchy schedule combining budgets, labor resources, time sequencing, and change order control establishes a baseline target from which regularly updated activity progress can be measured.
 

The progress is analyzed from cost and schedule reports against the critical path at detailed levels, as well as the overall project summary level. This is done for both cost and schedule variances and forecasts developed based on current progress. Options can then be evaluated and corrections developed for bringing the project back on schedule.
